四喜蒸饺

取饺皮一张于掌心 放入适量肉馅;
将面皮捏成“田字形”方格(既四角空、中间粘合的四方角形);
田字形可以用手指沾少许水以便粘合;
放上烫软切碎的菠菜,热炒切碎的蛋皮,
泡软剁碎的香菇末和烧肉末分别放入四个小口中,入锅蒸约8分钟取出即可食用。
所谓“四喜”即指蒸饺上所放入的四种颜色各异的菜,可根据自己喜好有所改变!
