well.. I changed the Ma n the sponge on my Erhu. .the new Erhu I mean
cos the old Ma was spoiled..
when I play, the string always comes out from the notch
so liu laoshi said I should change a new one...
yea but she doesnt haf very good ones with her liao..
so we went to the shop today..
wahahaha..
the shop owner is liu laoshi's good friend lah..
she gave us one whole box of Hongmu Ma-s n let us try one by one..
then liu laoshi chose 3 damn nice ma..
haha of course I took the prettiest one ..
hmm yea then I bought a lot of things today too..
hehe a new tuner.. same as tt kind most of you are using..
a set of Dun Huang strings..
and sponge!!yea forgot to talk abt sponge..
erm I used to use Rong Bu lah..
But the sound not very nice..
so liu laoshi suggested that I can change to sponge..
but the one she gave me was yellow in colour..
and it really looked damn disgusting with my sexy She Pi....
the sponge we bought today is white.. thick and hard
and it's cut into nice nice rectangle shape..
haha I am so happy lor.. esp they are so cheap!!!
the tuner, sponge, strings, Ma.. altogether only 140 RMB.. ie 28 Sing $
cheap right..
haha then I came back home..
cant stop playg my dear Erhu..
the Czardas sounds much much better with the new Ma..
esp the ren2 gong1 fan4 yin1 part..
(I think it's bcos I am lousy lah =( I can only get it with the new Ma.. but liu laoshi can get the ren gong fan yin easily on my old/new erhu with the old/new Ma or sponge.. erm.. maybe that's why she is a teacher and I am not..)
yea then tried my yang2 guang1 n di yi erhu
hehe it sounds better liao..
after tt I chiong Yu4 Bei3..
cos liu laoshi wants to listen to my Yu Bei tml..
haiya.. havent really prac Yu bei ever since I finished my grade 9..
n that was like 5 years ago?
omg..
haha luckily I nv throw Yu Bei away lah..
at least I can still bei4 pu3.. =p
hehe basically I am super happy now..
lookg forward to my lesson tml.. =p
