I got my new phone

haha signed up for a phone plan and got a phone for almost free.. a SAMSUNG phone.. not very nice but seems I did not haf much choice.. haha..

My new number is 734-330-5637 where 734 is the area code..

well, today is the 2nd of orientation, but the programme was not as packed as ytd, cos I did not have to take the AEE exam, so I had the whole afternoon free.. went to set up a bank account and then sign up a mobile line.. called pizza for dinner.. haha

something about UM..

it's located in Ann Arbor, a small town near Detroit. AA is a really quiet place and being a student in UM is really a good thing. cos you can enjoy many things on/off campus.. like free public bus ride for UM students.. and the UM color is blue ans yellow.. so most of the ppl you see are wearing blue or yellow.. (If you deposit in your bank account, you can get a UM jacket for free. It's a grey color one and it's damn nice..)

haha and I was qt surprised tt the S size is so big.. it's like the XL size in Singapore lah.. no wonder when I had luch in one of the resident halls for the first time, a lady actually came to me and said "dear, youshould eat more..." I was like hey I am trying to lose some weight kie? hehe but in US.. lot of ppl's size r like 3,4 times of mine..
