I could not believe even two weeks ago that I would enjoy my English course here. In fact, I was forced to take the English course, because I am in LS&A and English is a compulsory course. I read through the list of courses I can take for English writing requirement, then I chose the most GP like course, College Writing.

In the writing class here, we are doing same things as we did for GP, read some article, discuss, brainstorm, write our own essays.. For the first time I realised that English can be so fun.. and I think the credits should go to Prof Cyan, she just made the discussion so lively and interesting, she inspired me with her passion in writing, like how Ms Wang inspired me in maths 2 years ago. I can feel her energy and excitement when we come to some interesting points. And think I mentioned before, she is really pretty. hehe

Had coffee with her yesterday afternoon, and she was really sweet. and I was a bit amused that she commented "You always write in such a formal tone.." so I explained to her that we were trained that way for A'Levels.. hehe

btw, the furtherest distance in the world, is seeing 4 fat ducks marching slowly in front of you, and you see all the delicous smoked duck hanging in front and you cant eat any..
