Spring Term

Yes Spring term is damn fun man!!!

The school is almost empty, I spent 8 hours in the Undergraduate Library and I saw not more than 10 people there-- usually during Fall and Winter terms, I would see tons of people flooding the computing site and the basement study area. But today I was occupying three computers in the computing site and happily study for my Math and Econ...

The advanced calculus is a killer. I spent a few hours only able to figure out two proving questions: both sounds perfectly right, and both are right.. It is just hard to prove... I would rather do all the funky calculations in triple integrations than spending the whole afternoon looking at a few simple numbers...

Econ of finance, I am having a problem here: the homework is supposed to be checked for satisfaction i.e. they are not going to mark by your content, instead, it's more like a mark your attitude thing... But I wrote 2.5 pages for each question on average. That's sick...

haha the most exciting thing is the Economics of Development... I have not been attending any of the classes yet (I only registered last weekend) and the first paper is due this Thurs... So nice right? The worst thing is that I do not have the textbook yet... The bookshop will have the books in stock "sometime this week" and there is one copy in the library which I can borrow for 3 hours everyday... BUT, the Econ library will only open for 4 hours in Spring term from Tue to Thurs... hmm...

ps: the new apartment is so nice, with beautiful lake view(I would rather call it pond view) and all the nice flowers... It's just that have not yet settled the Internet there, so have to stuck in the school computing site.. haiz..

People have asked me why my name is so damn bloody hard to pronounce, I would say it's not my problem. Just in case anyone who is interested to find out what the name actually means, here it is:

萱 pronounces as xuan, is the flower called daylily pictured above;

仲 pronounces as zhong, means I am the second child in the family
