MAF
Today is MAF again... My 6th MAF away from home... Anyway, I cant feel anything - it is really hard to feel when you have tons of assignments, incomplete especially. The weather is still nice and warm, better than last year- I was already in winter clothes last MAF... Next year at this time, I should be busy looking for a job... How time flies...
I suddenly remembered the MAF 2 years ago... I was J2, just finished my prelims. I remembered watching RJCO playing Cheng2 Li3 De Yue4 Guang1 and Hua1 Hao3 Yue4 Yuan2... Haha, that's what people usually play during MAF... I am quite surprised that I can still remember the melody of Hua Hao Yue Yuan... CO music seems so far away from my life... Will I ever have a chance to play in an orchestra setting again? I dunno... Hopefully...
Now my life is occupied with the Latin Square Test, ANOVA, Markov Inequality and etc. Everyone around me was talking about Investment bank this investment bank that, yes, for a Stats and Econ double major, I-Bank is probably the best place to end up with... About 60 hours of work every week, it is hard to imagine keep playing my Erhu... Now I only have 20 hours of classes every week and I can only find a few hours in the weekend to touch my Erhu to make sure it will not rust so fast... Sort of sad... Sort of sad...
Since I have no mooncakes this MAF, just post a picture of it...
