I have been doing experimental design most of the time this semester. Every factor has some effects in the final output, there might be interaction effect, or nested effect, you can partitioned them, test them and make conclusions like 50% of the variation is caused by effect blah blah...
How I wish it is true in real life. When I miss Ban Mian so much, I can conclude 20% is because I miss RJCO and the Ban Mian outings, 20% is because I missed my RIB friends, 20% is I missed my life in RJ... I can never do that... Non of the statisticians can..
I wonder, what kind of major I am doing now?!
