well, this is a good joke...
A statistics professor told his students: "Doing statistics is like doing sex, you might have some practical output, but it is not the primary reason that you do it..." Then a student added "Doing theoritical statistics is like homosexuality, you will not get practical results--you are just doing that for your own excitement..." What should I say? Nah... People have asked me why my name is so damn bloody hard to pronounce, I would say it's not my problem.
