Resolution
Well, it is something that has never worked well on me. I guess it says something about my character--I keep my fingers crossed that the admission officers are not so free to read students' blogs, otherwise they will have every single reason to make me rejected in any of the graduate programs that I am going to apply... LOL Now, it is the beginning of holiday--I suppose it is a holiday, I have the following things to take care of... 1) My GRE, oh my gosh, this just brings back all the nightmare with SAT... I hate, HATE memorizing the words which I will never use again in my life. Okay I guess the only SAT word that I still remember today is Euphony, for some other obvious reason... grins 2) My thesis, oh this is another hectic problem... I am trying so hard not to even think about them, but how? Tell me how? People have been telling me stop being so ambitious, well yea I know, I am not trying to push myself too hard. Not worth it, yea I know... The problem is, there is a certain amount of work that you cannot escape from. 3) Soccer News! Yay, finally this is something that I can find some enjoyment in. Thanks to Angie who gave me an extra leave last semester, now it's my time to really input something--given that the season is approaching its end and the Championship league final is coming in 3 weeks... =) I have every single excuse to browse all the soccernets now, haha... 4) My Erhu. Well, I am not leaving this to the very far back because this is not important to me. Rather, I still regard Erhu as one of the most important things in my life--as important as economics and statistics, if not more. Finally I have some time to re=-touch my dearest erhu. Oh man, I cannot describe how much I miss the feeling... Now I realize how pathetic my life has been in the past two years. Oh man, Economics, Statistics, Erhu, Soccer has been all of my life, I definitely wish something more can be added in the near future... ps: I am trying hard to change my attitude by not adding "MY" to all the handsome guys... So, if you see things like MY Hargoal, MY Alan, MY Owen, or MY etc, give me a wake up slap. Thank you and love you guys! |

People have asked me why my name is so damn bloody hard to pronounce, I would say it's not my problem. Just in case anyone who is interested to find out what the name actually means, here it is: 萱 pronounces as xuan, is the flower called daylily pictured above; 仲 pronounces as zhong, means I am the second child in the family 弦弦诉人意,弓弓道世情
